As the founder of Three Waves, Kelly Turner is a qualified Special Needs Coordinator, experienced teacher and trainer with a passion for helping young people and their families. Kelly has more than 16 years experience working with children from Early Years to Key Stage 4, supporting children with a range of needs and abilities in schools and outreach projects. Kelly is dedicated to the wellbeing of children and supporting their individual pathway to success. Kelly is DBS and safeguarding certified.
